We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Brookvale Primary School. We are a school, which puts children at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to serve our community, and we are looking for someone who wants to join us and play a vital role in shaping the future of some of our most vulnerable children.
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience of working with children with SEMH and complex additional needs. You must be creative, positive, adaptable and nurturing. We are also seeking someone with strong behaviour management skills and a good understanding of emotion coaching. You must be resilient and committed to ensuring children are at the heart of everything you do. As part of this role, you will work within our specialist teaching and nurture group, supporting vulnerable children who have SEMH and complex additional needs. You will work alongside our dedicated team who have been part of setting up the nurture provision.
Salary: Level 2 - £24,027 - £25,992 full time equivalent. Actual salary £18,478.38 - £19,989.60 per annum
Level 3 - £26,409 – £32,654 full time equivalent. Actual salary £20,310.30 - £25,113.13 per annum
