The Role

We are looking to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants either Level 2 or Level 3 to work within our all-age Alternative Provision within our Multi Academy Trust as we look to grow and develop our provision. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership and work in one of our schools.

 

We welcome applications that have experience of working with children from a range of settings including, but not limited to, Primary, Secondary, Special, and Alternative Provision / PRU. Teaching Assistants are linked with a class, to support the academic achievement, learning behaviours and pastoral support of the children within this class of between 8 and 10 children.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and confident practitioners that can use their initiative in a fast-paced learning environment.

 

Salary:                Level 2 - £25,183 - £26,409 full time equivalent (actual salary £19,367.43 - £20,310.30) plus allowance of £1,914 (£1,472 pro rata)

 

                             Level 3 - £26,409 – £29,093 full time equivalent (actual salary £20,310.30 - £22,374.48) plus allowance of £1,914 (£1,472 pro rata)
