The Role

A vacancy for an Administration Assistant has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership and work in one of our schools.

 

The role involves supporting the Office Manager as well as our pro-active administration team to provide and maintain a high-level administrative function to pupils, staff and parents.


The successful applicant will ideally have experience of working in a school, with exceptional administrative skills. Duties will include arranging meetings, taking minutes, reception duties, preparing letters, using data bases and other general office duties. MS Office and experience of the school Bromcom system will be a distinct advantage.
