The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Estates Administrator to join our dedicated Central Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of estates and facilities services across our Trust, supporting schools to provide exceptional environments for learning and growth.
As an Estates Administrator, you will:
· Provide professional administrative support to the Operations & Estates Team, coordinating estates projects and facilities management.
· Act as a central liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
· Analyse data and prepare comprehensive reports to aid strategic decision-making.
· Oversee financial and resource management, including budget monitoring and procurement processes.
· Support compliance with health and safety standards and maintain up-to-date records within the Trust’s estates system.

· Experience with project coordination and working with contractors or external stakeholders.
