A vacancy for a Family Support Worker has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust. The role will involve working with parents to enable them to identify, acknowledge and meet their own and their children’s needs, develop life skills, make and sustain effective change and reduce vulnerability. You will operate and work effectively within the Inclusion Hub and class-based staff to identify students and families in need of support.
Ideally candidates must be able to drive and have access to a car.
Salary: £33,366 - £40,476 FTE (Actual Salary £29213.73 - £35438.91 per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Osborne Primary School, Osborne Road, Erdington, Birmingham B23 6TY
Start Date: January 2025
