The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our brand new development, Dunstall Park Primary School.
Dunstall Park Primary School is located on a new housing estate located on the outskirts of Tamworth. The one form entry school will be the heart of this brand new community; the ‘go to’ place for all our local residents who love where they live.
We are looking for someone to join our amazing team who has strong interpersonal skills, to build excellent relationships with families and the broader community. Duties will include arranging meetings, taking minutes, reception duties, preparing letters, using data bases and other general office duties.
Whilst this role is predominantly administrative, for 1 hour a day you will be required to support with lunchtime supervision. This will include preparing the dining room for lunch time, supervising pupils in the dining room during lunch time, on the playground or in the classrooms and returning pupils to their classes.
This role would suit someone who enjoys supporting young people and is committed to being instrumental part of the Dunstall Park Primary team. This is a great opportunity for someone with child or caring commitments as there is not a requirement to work in school holidays.
Administration Assistant
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £23,114 – £23,893 per annum FTE (actual salary £13,674 - £14,134 per annum)
Lunchtime Supervisor
Hours: 5 hours per week
Salary: £22,366 - £22,737 per annum FTE (actual salary £2,646 - £2,290 per annum)
