The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is seeking to appoint a Headteacher or Head of School at The Bridge Academy. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding leader to work collaboratively with our headteachers and leadership teams, to support in the management and leadership of our schools. We offer a leadership pathway from Head of School to Headteacher.

The Bridge Academy is an all through (5-16 years) short stay school based across two sites in Lichfield and Rugeley. It caters for students from key stages 1 to 4 who have been permanently excluded from school, suffer with medical conditions including anxiety and also offers short programs for students who are presenting challenging behaviour in their mainstream settings.

The successful applicant will have strategic leadership skills, experience and ambition to inspire staff and some of the most vulnerable students in our district. The Headteacher/Head of School will promote and embody our ‘One Trust vision’ ensuring that ‘children are at the heart of everything we do’.


Salary:                Headteacher - L15-21 (£66,626 - £77,194 per annum)

                            Head of School – L12 -18 (£61,882 - £71,728 per annum)               

Hours:                 Full time, permanent
