Regional Site Manager
Permanent, Full time

Due to growth and expansion of the Operations and Estates team, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Site Manager to undertake site services and project delivery.
Reporting to the Estates Manager, the Regional Site Manager role, is part of a team of RSMs within the Estates team. You will therefore benefit from a support network of colleagues, to lean on and collaborate with from day one.
You will be an experienced, motivated leader to manage Site Managers whilst ensuring the Estate’s strategy is implemented in your group of schools. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a diverse team across a range of geographical locations, good communication skills and experience of safe working practices.

Salary: £32,076 - £39,186 per annum (NJC points 23-31)
Location: The role is part of the ATLP Central Services team and will operate on a flexible and mobile basis across the Trust.
Hours: 37 hours per week all year round
Start Date: Required as soon as possible
