The Role

Isolation Unit Manager

A vacancy for an Isolation Unit Manager has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership and work in one of our schools.


To be successful in this role you must be able to build meaningful relationships with pupils who may display a variety of needs. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with staff, parents and external professional to ensure that the needs of the children are met and that they are safe at all times. The role will primarily be a pastoral role working to find strategies to overcome a lack of self-confidence, self-esteem or other difficulties which a child may be facing. The aim of your role is to ensure that the students’ personal wellbeing is improved and maintained.


Salary:                 £25,119 - £31,364 per annum FTE (actual salary £8,797.21 - £10,984.35 per annum)

 

Hours:                 14.8 hours per week (working two days per week – Wednesday and Thursday)

 

Location:            John Willmott School, Reddicap Heath Road, Sutton Coldfield B75 7DY
